DISCOUNTS:
We are offering $50.00 off each bull that you haul home sale day, and we are
also offering a volume discount. The first bull purchased will be full price,
the second bull we will deduct 2.5% off that bull, the third bull we will deduct
5% off that bull, the forth bull we will deduct 7.5% off that bull. Any
additional bulls will have a 10% discount.
INSPECTION:
We invite you to come and inspect the cattle at our ranch 6 miles south and 1/4
mile west of Almont anytime.
TRUCKING:
If the purchaser requests at the time of
settlement, we will assist in making delivery. Trucking will be free within a
300 mile radius of Almont, to central locations. Long distance will either get
hired and we will pay for half, or we are willing to meet at central locations,
if there is a full load going to your area, for free.
SALES OUTSIDE OF THE US
– All bulls
sold out of the US need to be paid in full on sale day, or within a few
days, in US Funds. We will cover the health papers, semen test, and
Canadian delivery to the North Portal or Dunseith, Port of Entries. We
will help you in making arrangements to any other Ports of Entry.
HEALTH: All
the bulls were vaccinated with BoviShield Gold 5, One Shot, Ultrabac 7/Somubac,
and treated with Ivomec pour‑on.
FEEDING ARRANGEMENTS:
If purchaser
requests, we will feed your bull and also have it fertility tested in
early April. We would like to have all bulls picked up or delivered no
later than May 1. The fee will be $75.00 per bull. The bulls ration will
be the same or very similar to what they are receiving now. We are not
responsible for accidents of cattle kept at the ranch. We strongly
encourage insurance.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
They will be
the same as those recommended by the National Associations. If you have
any questions, please contact us. In no instance shall the seller be
responsible for more than the purchase price of the bull. The bulls are
100% guaranteed. We guarantee to provide you with a sound breeding bull,
capable of passing a semen test within 14 months of age. Should any bull
fail, we will refund your money, or we will supply you with a bull for
the upcoming breeding season, plus you will receive full credit at the
next year’s sale. We have always prided ourselves with satisfied
customers.
REGISTRATION PAPERS & INSURANCE:
Registration
papers will be transferred on all animals. Please leave all information,
plus your ASA or RA number in the office. Let us know within one week if
you have a name preference for your bull. An Insurance salesperson will
also be available at the sale.
BUY NOW ‑ PAY LATER:
Purchasers may
pay half of the bull price February 12th, and the remainder
by May 1, 2010. All bulls purchased on contract must be kept at our
ranch. We will feed and fertility test them for $75.00 per head. The
purchaser will pay the remainder at the time the bull is picked up or
delivered. There are contracts to sign in the office if you wish to pay
half.
OPTIONS FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE
SALE:
Those with high speed
internet may view and bid on DVAuction. We also have a phone conference
line in place for phone bidding. Please be in a quiet room when on the
conference line. Kevin is also more than happy to go over the bulls and
recommend ones that best fit your needs, a bid can be placed with any of
the sales reps. Our dealings are all handled in a 100% honest manner.
